While our automated sentiment rating option is extremely accurate, we also give you the option to manually override this and assign sentiment ratings yourself. This offers the maximum amount of flexibility so that BuzzMgr users can find the right mix of automated and manual sentiment options that works for them.
Simple and Customizable Reporting
It’s of critical importance that you’re able to share the analysis from BuzzMgr with others in your organization or clients, so BuzzMgr allows a variety of information sharing options. Users have the choice to share information with their team through leaving comments within BuzzMgr, e-mailing individual brand mentions, e-mailing custom reports, or even embedding widgets in a spot where your team can check them daily.
